Manufacturing
Product Release Turkey was set up in 2018 and our team has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of all types of industrial bakeware.
We supply major industrial bakeries worldwide with finished goods such as cake trays, bread pan sets, morning goods trays and a wide range of ancillary equipment.
As each customer has individual requirements depending on the desired product and their production line type, we use the latest CAD software and in-house tooling capabilities to design and manufacture nearly any shape and size mould, tailor making the items to each customers specification.
Our manufacturing capabilities adhere to the highest tolerance required for robotic handling on production lines of as little as plus or minus 0.25mm.
Recoating & Refurbishment
Bakeware is an expensive commodity and in most cases the non-stick coating comes to the end of its life before the bakeware does.
When this happens the bakeware can be sent to one of our facilities for refurbishment. This process includes removal of the existing coating, straightening of bakeware and weld repairs as required, before application of a new finish to extend the lifespan of the equipment.
