A fan-tastic job…

Recently we were contacted by an engineering company based in Manchester who required a full refurbishment of their extractor fan with application of a non-stick coating.  

On receipt of the fan, we prepared the item in our pyrolysis oven which removes any existing coatings and contaminants present on the substrate. Following this, the fan was shot blasted to provide a smooth surface for spray application.  

Our skilled sprayers applied our PR245W Two Coat Fluoropolymer Coating System as it not only provides the desired non-stick capabilities specified by the client but also offers good wear resistance and durability. 

The newly refurbished extractor fan was returned to customer within a quick turnaround time, much to their satisfaction.
