Manufacturing

Product Release Turkey was set up in 2018 and our team has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of all types of industrial bakeware.

We supply major industrial bakeries worldwide with finished goods such as cake trays, bread pan sets, morning goods trays and a wide range of ancillary equipment.

As each customer has individual requirements depending on the desired product and their production line type, we use the latest CAD software and in-house tooling capabilities to design and manufacture nearly any shape and size mould, tailor making the items to each customers specification.

Our manufacturing capabilities adhere to the highest tolerance required for robotic handling on production lines of as little as plus or minus 0.25mm.

Coatings

To complement our manufacturing ability, we can apply one of our PR SYSTEM™ coating to give the best possible release properties for the product you are baking.

Our coatings are all on the FDA positive list for use in food contact applications, Regulation 21 CFR 177.1550 and 21 CFR 177.2440. They also comply with “the materials and articles intended to come into contact with food regulations (EC 1935/2004)”.

Standard Selection of Aluminium Trays

We offer a range of standard aluminium trays in a natural finish (see below).

This selection of natural finish trays are held in stock at our UK site allowing for a rapid 2-3 working day delivery service depending on stock availability at the time of order. (Order quantities within the available stock volume, will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Larger order quantities that surpass the available stock, will be delivered within 5-6 weeks.)

As well as a natural finish, we are able to offer a range of coating options for enhanced non-stick and protective properties:

Silicone Glaze – A budget friendly option for non-stick requirements, available in clear.
Silicone Rubber – A mid-range priced option for enhanced requirements, available in grey.
Fluoropolymers– A premium priced option where the highest levels of non-stick and protection are required. Several grades are available dependent on individual customer specification. Available in black, green, red and blue.

If a coated finish is required, our technical sales team will discuss your needs with you to recommend the most appropriate finish. Tailored pricing will be provided based on coating selection and quantity required. Lead times for coated items are dependent on colour and would be confirmed on placement of order.
