Product Release reaches new heights…

Following the manufacture of a new highlift hopper, a client approached us to assist with the application of a durable, high release coating.  

Their production process entailed moving a freshly made batch of dough from the mixer into a divider hopper that creates equal portions of dough based on the required loaf size. The new highlift hopper would facilitate this transfer by using an automated system that would first raise the hopper, and then tip it by 90 degrees to drop the dough into the divider.  

As this highlift hopper would be an integral part of the production process it needed a long life, high release coating solution to withstand the high-volume production demand.  

Based on this requirement, our PR235HB Black Sparkle 5 Coat System was selected as it offers optimum non-stick properties and long-term durability.  

Upon collection of the hopper, our skilled team applied PR235HB by spray application before returning to the customer within 3 working days. 

The client was very happy with the speed at which we completed the project whilst also providing a quality finish.
