When one of our customers contacted us looking for a suitable non-stick coating for application to a new drive roller, we had the ideal product for the job.

The British based company are a manufacturer of equipment used for the weaving of textiles. They had been previously using a competitor’s coatings but due to extended lead times they were no longer able to meet the customer’s needs. They needed a rapid turnaround for the project, and we could meet that demand.

As the roller required a coating with excellent slip properties to allow smooth movement of the textiles, our PR245W three coat system was selected as it provides this benefit.

The coating system was applied by spray application and completed within three days exceeding the customers delivery expectations.
