The PR455 coating systems have been specifically developed for the Bakery Industry.
They have been found to be particularly beneficial for confectionery (high sugar content) and French Bread production.
They minimise the necessity for additional release agents and significantly reduce wastage in production of sponge cakes, etc.
Other applications:
- Cake, brioche and Genoise cake moulds - Preform trays for Madeleine cakes, lady fingers, dry cakes - Pastry trays: Viennese breads, croissants "pain au chocolat", meringue, shortbread, ect.

PR455 coatings are generally soft films, good handing practices are essential to extend coating life.
